Red Office Revival

Do you have a space in your home that is wonky and you want it to be wonderful? This weird space was once a laundry room in my bungalow located in Sacramento, California. I painted the space white, moved the washer and dryer to the garage and revived it with a splash of red, found a free lampshade on the street that I made into a chic flush mounted ceiling fixture (no to boob lights y’all) and sourced a vintage armoire (Lion, Witch & the Wardrobe vibes I know), went treasure hunting for an antique brass and green table lamp, got a gorgeous green marble console from an estate sale that I used as a desk lamp and sourced some tabletop gems to complete the look. Now I can finally channel my inner Ernest Hemingway x Maya Angelou x Joan Didion as I put the final touches on my book ~ Glimmer. Yes, I am doing everything to procrastinate as I finalize what was supposed to be a book on interior design on any budget. But thanks to my magical time in Paris and the authentic artists I met, it’s now about the Design of YOUR Interior: How to relove and reclaim your true style. Join the waitlist by sending me a note via the contacts tab on this website. I’m sure Dorothy would love to click her heels and go back to Kansas sooner if she had this ruby red office to kick off her heels in and write about her adventures in the Magical Land of Oz.
