San Francisco Hilltop Haven

Photographed by: Esteban Cortez

This storied San Francisco Edwardian home atop the coveted Russian Hill neighborhood is full of charm, character and story. The facade of the home was featured in The Joy Luck Club movie. From the inside, you’ll feel like you’re in a jewel box, looking out to expansive bay views of Alcatraz, Coit Tower and Macondry Lane. It’s the most intimate project yet, because it’s the personal home I rented for 11 years; made memories, designed and touched ever inch of this 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath charmer. Everything you see has a story, which makes it special and to me and the folks who shared and celebrated in this space with me. I sourced every treasure in this high/low boho, parisian-peruvian eclectic abode: from high end brands, artisanal hand woven artists from my travels, bespoke local vendors to thrifted, estate sale and found on the streets of San Francisco gems that bring me and my guests delight and joy!
